AI / MCP connections

If you connect an AI client (such as Claude) through our MCP integration, that client can access the inventory data of the company you authorize, acting on your behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your inventory content to train models. You control these connections and can revoke them at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers (hosting, analytics, email) who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
  • With third parties you direct us to share with, such as an AI client you connect.
  • Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.

Data retention

We retain your account and inventory data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your data or request account deletion, after which we remove it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
