Overview and the company workspace

Each company opens on its Overview: today’s stock value, what needs attention, open orders and recent changes, plus a card for every section with its current status.

Finding your way around

The sidebar groups the sections of a company: Operations (Overview, Inventory, Orders, Suppliers, Assemblies, Snapshots, Reports), Company (Team members, Single Sign-On, Company settings) and Alerts & integrations (Low-stock alerts, AI / MCP Access). Every section starts with one sentence that says what it is for, and a Help link to its own article.

On a phone or tablet the sidebar becomes three tiles (Overview, Inventory and Orders) plus a Sections tile that lists everything else. The number on the Inventory tile is how many items need attention.

The Overview cards

  • Stock value: every item’s Stock multiplied by its unit cost.
  • Needs attention: items at or below their warning or critical level. Click it to see just those items in Inventory. A no order tag means the item has Receiving stock that is not on any open receiving order, usually because it was typed in by hand.
  • Open orders: receiving and sending orders that are not complete yet.
  • Recent changes: the latest stock changes, who made them and why (when a reason was given). See change history opens a searchable list you can copy, print or download.

All sections

Below the cards is a map of every section with a status line, such as “Not set up yet” or “1 teammate, 1 invite pending”. Hide it once you know your way around; the app remembers your choice on that device.

Items, assemblies and snapshots have their own links, so you can bookmark or share them, and the browser’s Back button closes whatever dialog is open before it leaves the page.
