Reports
The Reports section turns your live inventory into files you can share, print or bring into your accounting software.
Open your dashboardInventory reports
- Inventory valuation (CSV or PDF): every item with its Stock, unit cost and total value.
- Low stock (CSV or PDF): items at or below their warning or critical level, most urgent first.
- Transaction history (CSV): every stock change with who made it, when, the reason when one was given, and whether an AI assistant made it. Pick a From and To date to download just that period, or leave both empty for everything.
CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. PDFs are ready to print.
Accounting exports
- QuickBooks Online: a Products & Services import file. You map the income and expense accounts during QuickBooks’ import step.
- Xero: an Inventory Items import file, with unique item codes generated for you.
Looking for a quick answer rather than a file? See change history on the Overview
shows recent changes on screen, and snapshot comparisons can be copied, printed or downloaded from the Snapshots section.
