QuickBooks Online
A Products and Services import file with names, SKUs, prices, quantities and reorder points in QuickBooks’ own columns.
Xero
An Inventory Items file with a unique item code generated for every product, ready for Xero’s importer.
No retyping
Your catalog already lives here. Export it instead of keying products into your accounting tool by hand.
No connection to set up
No accounts to link, no permissions to grant. Download the file and import it whenever you like.
Bridge to your books
Your inventory and your accounting live in two systems, and keeping them in step usually means typing the same products into both. The accounting export closes that gap: it produces a file shaped to your accounting tool’s own import template, so your products land in your books with their names, prices and quantities intact.
Choose QuickBooks Online for a Products and Services file, with each item’s name, barcode as the SKU, sales price, quantity on hand and reorder point in the columns QuickBooks expects. Choose Xero for an Inventory Items file, where a unique item code is generated for every product (from its barcode, or its name when it has none) so Xero accepts the import cleanly.
Because these are standard CSV files, there’s nothing to connect and no credentials to manage. Account mapping stays where it belongs, inside your accounting tool’s import step, so you keep full control of how the data lands.
