Inventory valuation
Every item with its stock, unit cost and total value, plus a grand total, so you always know what your stock is worth.
Low stock
Everything at or below its warning or critical level, most urgent first, so the reorder list writes itself.
Transaction history
Every stock change with who made it, when, and whether it came from a person or an AI assistant. Your audit trail, exportable.
CSV or PDF
CSV opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. PDF is clean, branded and ready to print or email.
The numbers your business actually needs
A live inventory is only half the story. To run a business you need to answer questions on demand: what is our stock worth right now, what do we need to reorder this week, and who changed that count last month? Reports turn your inventory into those answers without exporting to a spreadsheet and rebuilding formulas by hand.
The valuation report multiplies stock by unit cost for every item and totals it, so you have a figure for insurance, financing or year-end accounts in seconds. The low-stock report lists everything that has fallen to or below the warning and critical levels you set, sorted most-urgent-first, so it doubles as a shopping list. The transaction history export is your full audit trail: every adjustment, who made it, and whether it came through the app or an AI assistant.
Every report downloads two ways. Choose CSV to keep working with the numbers in a spreadsheet or hand them to your bookkeeper, or PDF for a tidy, print-ready document for a stock take or a board meeting.
